The Stir Fried Rice Noodles with Lettuce The stir fried rice noodles with lettuce is a classic traditional snack and a popular dish. The main ingredient is rice flour, fried with cabbage and other vegetables. Fried rice noodles are a kind of Guangdong snacks. The classic stir fry is to add an egg, and then put some seasonal dishes, which are mostly bean sprouts (all year round), cabbage (summer), lettuce (spring, autumn, winter). How To Make The Stir Fried Rice Noodles with Lettuce Step 1 Prepare ingredients. Step 2 Slice the pork and pour into soy sauce and marinate for a while. Step 3 Stir fry garlic and pork in the pot. Step 4 Pour in rice noodles and stir fry for a few times. Step 5 Add the cut lettuce. Step 6 Add soy sauce when the food is about to be cooked. Step 7 Pour a little oyster sauce. Step 8 Just put in the chives before loading the stir fried rice noodles with lettuce.
