Marinated Money Belly

The look of the money belly is really cute, like a copper plate, the supermarket saw it for sale, and I came back without thinking about it. It happens that the refrigerator contains the brine from the last time marinated chicken gizzards, so let’s make a pot for them.

How to make marinated money belly

Step1

The money belly is opened, and all the black, yellow and unclean inside are cut off

Step2

Repair a clean belly and cut it into two pieces for convenience

Add starch and a little salt to rub for a few minutes and rinse off
