The Fried Shredded Pig Kidney with Coriander

The fried shredded pig kidney with coriander is a simple dish.

How To Make The Fried Shredded Pig Kidney with Coriander

Step 1

Cut the pig’s kidney in half. First cut the straight flower knife vertically, then the straight flower knife horizontally, and then cut through the whole one to form a comb ridge clip blade.

Step 2

Step 3
