The Chrysanthemum Cake

The chrysanthemum cake is one of the famous cakes in China, which has a history of more than 100 years. There is a saying that “if you eat glutinous food, you will be full; if you eat chrysanthemum cake, you will be smart”. Chrysanthemum cake has more cold fragrance and calmness than ordinary cakes, and its appearance is beautiful. This cake is sweet, soft and loose. It can melt at the entrance, make the teeth and cheek smell, and has the function of cooling and removing fire. Therefore, it is particularly liked by people.

How To Make The Chrysanthemum Cake

Step 1

Add the chrysanthemum and sugar to 1000 clear grams of water and boil for 15 minutes.
