The scallops I bought before were not eaten once. I clean them up and take them out of the refrigerator to make the porridge.

How to make scallop and oyster porridge?

Step 1

Wash oyster clean, and drain.

Cut the oysters into pieces and pour it into the porridge to cook.

Scallop meat should be added with ginger shreds and cooking wine to be marinated, so that the porridge will not be particularly fishy.
