How To Make The Sauteed Chicken Gizzard With Spicy And Sour Beans
Rinse the chicken gizzard and cut into small pieces. Marinate with salt and white wine.
Green and red pepper,chopped ginger and garlic,cut the beans into short periods.
Dry the water in the pan, add chicken gizzards and stir-fry until the chicken gizzards change color. Clean the pan again, heat up the oil and stir-fry the chicken gizzards.
Add in the garlic ginger materials sauteing, slightly color with light soy sauce.
Add pepper and saute until fragrant.
Add the sour beans and season with oyster sauce.And we can enjoy the sauteed chicken gizzard with spicy and sour beans with your friends or family.
