How to make pork floss egg roll
The eggs are beaten 130 times in a clockwise direction.
Heat the pan and coat with oil.
Pour half of it first, turn to low heat immediately, take it out gently after condensing into egg skins (2 eggs can make 2 egg skins.)
Put pork floss on the egg skin
Close the other egg skin.
After rolling up, press it down a few times with your hands.
Cut into pieces.
Serve on the plate.
