Prepare all the ingredients, including flour, rapeseed oil, salt, milk and yeast powder. Bake the yeast powder with a little warm water. Add two teaspoons of salt to the flour. Pour the yeast water into the flour and stir. Then add milk and knead the dough to ferment for an hour.
Knead the fermented dough until the dough is smooth and divide into several portions of dough, also knead until smooth. Flatten the small dough, sprinkle with a dry flour and rod into an oval shape. Brush the pastry side with a little rapeseed oil, fold in half, and emboss with a clean comb.
Brush the steamer grate with a little rapeseed oil and apply evenly. Put the embossed pastry on it, cover it with a lid and boil the water over high heat. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat. Then, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Cut the donkey meat into pieces and fry them with pepper. Finally, put the cooked donkey meat in the lotus leaf cake.
