Step 3

Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a round shape, put the filling on the dough, and wrap it.Turn over the dough with the filling and press evenly with your hands. Place in a 9-inch round mold lined with baking greased paper or oiled cloth. Second proofing to 2 times larger.

Brush a layer of egg liquid (or water) on the surface of the cake. Sprinkle some white sesame. Put the pastry into middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 130 degrees for 30 minutes. Immediately release the mold and let it cool. Finally, cut them into pieces.
