The Goose Breast with Ginger

The goose breast with ginger is salty, fresh and sour, and the taste of chicken breast is soft.

How To Make The Goose Breast with Ginger

Step 1

Wash the ginger and remove both ends. Soak the ginger slices in light salt water for 15 minutes(ginger slices inhaled in light salt water can increase the taste and make it more tender and crisp)

Step 2

Put the preserved goose meat (the preserved goose meat is easy to shape into the vegetables) into the red brine (slight spicy flavor) for 10 minutes. After ceasing the fire, soak it for 10 minutes until it tastes good. Remove the slices

Step 3

Put the pickled ginger slices on the bottom of the plate, and place the meat slices of goose breast on the ginger slices to form a windmill

Step 4

Mix 10g of thin soy sauce, 10g of thick vinegar, 6G of white sugar, 20g of red oil and 5g of cooked sesame seeds, pour them on the goose breast.
