The Fried Prawn Balls

The fried prawn balls a common delicacy in Shandong, which are familiar to almost every family. They are also the most popular dish in Shandong cuisine.

How To Make The Fried Prawn Balls

Step 1

Chop the shrimps into fine mud, add the minced meat, onion and ginger juice, egg, dry starch, salt, MSG and pepper, mix them into stuffing, fry them in warm oil, remove them when they are golden, and put them on the plate.

Step 2

Blanch the black fungus and bamboo shoot slices with boiling water.

Step 3
