The Crispy Fish with Pine Nuts

The crispy fish with pine nuts is yellow and white color, and the taste is fragrant and clear.It is a traditional dish in Jiangsu Province.

How To Make The Crispy Fish with Pine Nuts

Step 1

Remove the skin and bone of mandarin fish, cut the meat into meat particles the size of pine nuts and put them into a bowl, add onion, ginger,MSG, salt, cooking wine, mix well and marinate them

Step 2

Heat up the pot. When the vegetable oil is about 40% heat, pour the pine nuts into the spoon and fry until golden. Put the fish and rice into a 50% hot oil spoon and draw it well. Drain the oil with a leaky spoon and put it on the plate. Mix it with the pine nut meat evenly and put it on the plate.
