The Tangyuan with Lotus Seed and Longan

The Tangyuan with lotus seed and longan is a delicacy made of the longan, lotus seed, red dates, medlar, Tangyuan, etc.

How To Make The Tangyuan with Lotus Seed and Longan

Step 1

Lotus seed (I use the ice fresh one). First boil it with red dates. Then add the osmanthus and medlar and cook for a while. Add some rock sugar and turn off the heat

Step 2

Tangyuan is cooked separately and put into it later. If you cook the soup together, it will be very thick. You can make it as you like. You can make an egg for your child’s breakfast.
