The Braised Sea Cucumber with Small Shrimp

The braised sea cucumber with small shrimp is a common dish in Fujian.

How To Make The Braised Sea Cucumber with Small Shrimp

Step 1

Slice the winter bamboo shoots, slice the sea cucumber with a spatula, and cut the scallion and ginger into pieces.

Step 2

Put the sea cucumber into the boiling water pot and blanch it thoroughly.

Step 3

Heat the pot with lard, add onion and ginger to stir fry, add mushrooms, sea cucumber, Shaoxing wine, sugar, pork bone soup and salt to boil.

Step 4

Put in the slices of bamboo shoots, stew the shrimp seeds for about 15 minutes, thicken them with wet starch, put them on a plate, sprinkle with ham powder, pepper and sesame oil.
