How To Make The Braised Chicken with Golden Mushroom and Black Fungus
Wash and cut the Sanhuang chicken, add a little salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, oil, sesame oil, thin soy sauce, chopped ginger and garlic, mix and marinate for 2 hours.
