The Black Jelly

The black jelly is a popular traditional food in Guixi in summer and autumn.It is smooth and fragrant. After eating, the whole body is cool and the summer air disappears. People rush to buy it and process it into a unique food.

How To Make The Black Jelly

Step 1

First take about 250ml of cold boiled water and mix 100g of black jelly into a seedless paste,

Step 2

Reuse 2. 25L of boiled water is slowly poured into the paste, stirred while flushing, heated to boiling, cooled to room temperature, and then it will be paste,

Step 3

Cut it into small pieces and add some honey or syrup to it. The flavor is better in cold storage.
