How to make fish tofu beef skewers
Thickly cut steak is cut into about two centimeter pieces.
Add barbecue sauce and rice wine and mix well.
Add a spoonful of dry starch and mix well to lock the moisture of the beef.
Fish tofu is thick and cut in half.
Tofu and meat are strung together.
Roasted meat, rice wine and cooking oil are mixed into a juice at a ratio of 1: 1: 1.
Heat the pan with a little olive oil and brush with the sauce on the surface of the skewers. Fry for about one and a half minutes.
Turn over after frying. Brush the sauce and fry for about a minute and a half.
Let’s fry the sides together.

- 2 spoon Barbecue
- 20 g Rice wine
- 1 spoon Dry starch
