I like to eat enoki mushrooms and vermicelli, so the combination of the two is perfect.

How to make steamed enoki mushroom with vermicelli?

Step 1

Wash the enoki mushrooms and cut off a little bit of the roots to avoid muddy.

Soak the vermicelli in cold water to soften.

Clean the enoki mushrooms and spread them on the bottom of the plate, and then spread the soaked vermicelli on top.

Pour the minced garlic and light soy sauce evenly on top of the prepared vegetables, and steam them together in a pot with boiling water.

Steam for about 8 minutes, and pour in a little olive oil. When all the materials are cooked, it can be served.
