Now we can cook the steamed sauce. Firstly, add 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon peanut oil into the pan. Use a big fire to heat the oil. to heat the oil. Then add half finely minced garlic into the pan. Fry it to golden which means it is cooked enough. enough. Then pour it into a bowl. Add chili peppers, the rest of the garlic, 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon, and 1 teaspoon seasoned soy sauce for seafood, 1/8 teaspoon sugar, 1/8 teaspoon chicken powder into the bowl.
