The Tartary Buckwheat Steamed Sponge Cake

The Tartary buckwheat steamed sponge cake is a kind of food made of Tartary buckwheat flour, flour and other ingredients.

How To Make The Tartary Buckwheat Steamed Sponge Cake

Step 1

Mix the flour, Tartary buckwheat flour, yeast, baking powder and sugar together, then add the egg and warm water to make a paste (scoop it up with a spoon and make it flake when it flows down), then cover it and wake up to twice the expansion.

Step 2

Add the honey and stir well.

Step 3

Brush the disposable egg tarts mold with a little oil, squeeze (or spoon scoop) 2 / 3 of the batter into the pastry bag, put it into the steamer and wake up until it is even, and sprinkle with the chocolate color needle.

Step 4

Steam for about 12 minutes over high heat.
