The Whitebait Fry with Egg

The whitebait fry with egg is a traditional dish with good color and flavor, belonging to Jiangsu cuisine. Silverfish are found in the Yangtze River Estuary of China. The nutritional value of silverfish is very high. Nutritionists generally recognize it as a “longevity food” and “soft platinum in water”. Silver carp scrambled egg is not only rich in protein, especially essential amino acids, but also can nourish yin, moisten dryness, nourish blood and settle down the fetus. How To Make The Whitebait Fry with Egg

Step 1

Rinse the whitebait and drain the water, mix in the eggs, add pepper and a little salt.

Step 2

Wash the corn kernels and blanch for use. Wash and chop the green pepper.

Step 3

Heat the oil in the pot until it is medium cooked. Pour in the mixed egg and whitebait. Stir over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the corn and proper amount of water. Continue to stir for a few minutes.

Step 4
