The Stir-fried Oysters with Black Beans

The stir-fried oysters with black beans is very delicious, especially for dinner!

How To Make The Stir-fried Oysters with Black Beans

Step 1

First put the oysters in a big bowl, add a little salt and grab them, then wash off the mucus with water and put them in the bowl for later use

Step 2

Cut the ginger and garlic into small pieces, cut scallion into scallion, and separate the green and white of the scallion

Step 3

Heat up a pot of water. Blanch the oysters and scoop them up

Step 4

In a hot oil pan, stir fry the ginger, garlic and scallion

Step 5

Stir fry in the black beans, add some water and oyster sauce

Step 6

Wait for the sauce to boil, put in the oyster and cook until the sauce is slightly collected (about 3-5 minutes). When cooking, mix it a little while to avoid burning

Step 7

Seasoning, turn off the heat and add the Taibai cornstarch water to thicken the sauce. Stir while adding

Step 8

Before serving, add some sesame oil and green onion.
