How to make homemade spiced sunflower seeds
After rinsing the raw sunflower seeds in water, put them in a large pot, pour enough water to soak for half an hour
Remove the soaked seeds and put them in the pot, pour all the spices
Add rock sugar and 1 teaspoon salt, and finally pour 2 liters of water, cover the pot and boil on high heat, then turn to low heat for 15 minutes to turn off the heat, add sand ginger
After the flame is turned off, the sunflower seeds are left to cool naturally in the pot. After cooling, the larger grains of spices are discarded, and then the sunflower seeds are removed and the water is drained.
Pour the drained sunflower seeds into a large saucepan and fry slowly over a low heat. Add another 1 teaspoon of salt during the frying process until the water is completely dried after about 40 minutes.
Stir-fried dried sunflower seeds are poured into a flat-bottomed sieve, spread out for natural cooling, and after being thoroughly cooled, they can be poured into a sealed box and put away
