Prepare some straw mushrooms,taro,a piece of Jiale soup-stock and appropriate amount of scallion
Peel and wash the taro
Stir fry the taro and mushroom with oil
Stir fry and add two bowls of clear water
Put a piece of Jiale soup-stock after boiling
Turn to low heat and continue to cook
Boil until the soup is dried and taro is soft
