The stewed pig’s feet with radish is a home-made dish, mainly made of white radish, pig’s feet, red pepper, etc.
How To Make The Stewed Pig’s Feet with Radish
Step 1
Wash and chop pig’s feet.And blanch them.
Step 2
Steam with some salt, cooking wine and ginger slices for 20 minutes, then select the ginger slices out.
Step 3
Peel the radish and cut into diamond slices about 5mm thick.
Step 4
Dice the red pepper into 1 cm long; dice the garlic into two part.
Step 5
Cut the green garlic sprouts for use.
Step 6
Heat the oil in a pot and stir fry the radish slices until tender.
Step 7
Add the dried yellow pepper, star anise, garlic, salt and stir fry well.
Step 8
Pour in pig’s feet and add the oyster sauce to change the color.
Step 9
Add the bone soup (it’s better if it’s just over all the ingredients) and boil, then collect the juice over medium heat.
Step 10
When the soup is half left, add the red pepper and continue to cook.
Step 11
When only one third of the soup is received, put the green garlic sprouts and pepper into the pot and stir evenly.
