The Stewed Pig Tail with Kidney Bean

The stewed pig tail with kidney bean is a homely dish.

How To Make The Stewed Pig Tail with Kidney Bean

Step 1

Wash the kidney beans, put it into the casserole and add some water to cook it, then leave the casserole for standby.

Step 2

Heat the pigtail to remove the fine hairs on the skin, wash it with water, cut it into even sections, put peanut oil in the hot pot, stir fry the pigtail, and then leave the pot.

Step 3

In a casserole or pressure cooker, put in dried pepper, star anise, grass fruit, spices, salt, raw soy sauce and pigtail pieces, and cook them in a big fire until they are soft and glutinous. After seasoning with chicken essence, pour them into a casserole filled with kidney beans and put a little chopped scallion on it.
