The Stewed Chinese Cabbage and Big Pork Bone Soup

The stewed Chinese cabbage and big pork bone soup is a dish, the main material is pig tube bone, the ingredients are cabbage, carrot, dates and so on, the seasoning is ginger, pepper, salt and so on, which is made by simmering.

The Chinese cabbage has high feet and short feet: high feet milk cabbage is relatively sweet, used to fry and eat more; and short feet milk cabbage is relatively soft and sweet, mostly used to boil soup. Unfortunately, I didn’t buy short feet, but only high foot cabbage ~ ~ this cabbage not only has the effect of clearing away heat and detoxification, strengthening the spleen and stomach, but also can moisten the intestines and relieve constipation; so it’s a good ingredient for weight loss in spring. Pig bone marrow contains a lot of collagen and a variety of proteins and vitamins, which can not only increase the resistance, but also help the bone and skin very well. Traditional Chinese medicine also says that it can nourish the bones and increase the marrow.
