Clean the crabs and set aside.
The oysters are ready for use.
Open the oyster and keep it clean.
Steam the crabs for 2-3 minutes and remove.
First remove the crab shell. Take out the crab’s stomach and remove the crab’s gills. Cut in half with a knife.
Put the oysters in the crab shells and set aside.
Put the onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry.

Add the bone broth and simmer with the lid.
Season with salt.
Add some garlic cloves and leave the pot.
