The Sauteed Broccoli with Enoki Mushrooms

The sauteed broccoli with enoki mushrooms is a homely dish.

How To Make The Sauteed Broccoli with Enoki Mushrooms

Step 1

Wash the enoki mushrooms and set aside.

Cuiyu gourd (also known as Yunnan small melon), slightly remove some skin, wash and cut into pieces; yellow pepper, wash and cut into strips, used for toning and seasoning;
