The rich and appetizer Liuzhou river snails rice noodles is a kind of snack rice flour in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, which has a unique flavor of spicy, refreshing, fresh, sour and hot. It is the most famous local snack in Liuzhou.

It is also delicious because it has a unique soup. The soup is made up of snail, Chennai, anise, cinnamon, clove, many kinds of capsicum, and other natural spices and flavors.

On August 20, 2018, it won the National Geographic Mark trademark.
