The Pomelo Jelly

Summer is coming. When it’s hot, make a pomelo jelly to cool your stomach.

How To Make The Pomelo Jelly

Step 1

Put the edible gelatine powder into 30ml water for soaking;

Step 2

Cut the pomelo from the top, expose the pulp (or cut it in half), and dig out the pulp;

Step 3

Take half of the pulp and crush it for standby. Press the remaining pulp and keep the shell as a container;

Step 4

Mix the granulated sugar with 200ml water, heat it on a small fire, and stir it with a wooden spoon at the same time;

Step 5

After the sugar dissolves, turn off the fire, add the edible gelatine powder in step 1 to the pot and dissolve it with residual heat;

Step 6

After the edible gelatin is dissolved, add the fruit juice, and then mix it with sufficient ingredients;

Step 7

Add the pulp in step 6, put the container in ice water, and stir the jelly liquid until it is thick;

Step 8

Put step 7 into the pomelo shell and refrigerate for 1-2 hours;

Step 9

Take it out and decorate it with cherry.
