How To Make The Kumquat with Rock Sugar
Step 1
Remove the base of kumquat and wash it with fine salt.
Step 2
Cut the kumquat in half, cut it into four parts and remove the seeds.

Add the rock sugar to a bowl of water and boil over high heat. Change to medium low heat and cook until the ice sugar melts

Step 7
Boil over medium or low heat until the kumquat is transparent,make it gelatinous and thick.
