The homemade red bean cake is my favorite food.I almost make it once a week, using it as breakfast is very convenient, casually under a bowl of hot soup noodles, soup, plus a red bean cake, it will make you full and it is also very healthy.
Tips:
- The dough should be thin and soft.

- Because there are a lot of dry powder on the surface, the oil on the electric cake pan should be a little more than usual, and it won’t feel too dry after frying.
