There are still some lentils in the refrigerator at home, so I made this lentil braised noodles. Lentils are vegetables we often see in our lives, and they are also quite nutritious.
How to make lentil braised noodles
Step1
Cut lentils, green peppers, red peppers, onions, ginger, and carrots into shreds, and cut bacon into strips;

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add the noodles after the water boils, you can roll it yourself, or use dried noodles, and boil the noodles until 5 minutes cooked;

Remove the half-cooked noodles and put them in cold water to cool them down;

Put a little blending oil in the wok, and then add bacon. If you don’t like bacon, you can also put in raw pork and other meats
