The Fish Roe and Fish Maw in Dry Pot

The fish roe and fish maw in dry pot is a special dish in Changsha, Hunan Province. Fish roe is the essence of edible fish, which contains many kinds of nutrients that human body needs. Whether it’s fried, fried or fried, it’s crispy and delicious. Fish maw, also known as swim bladder. How To Make The Fish Roe and Fish Maw in Dry Pot

Step 1

Step 5

Pour into a casserole and heat it to collect the juice.

Step 6

Add the minced shallot to the pot and we can try the fish roe and fish maw in dry pot.
