The Chongqing Tofu Pudding Fish

The Chongqing tofu pudding fish is the boiled fish fillet, but it’s not the bean sprouts and other vegetables that are laid on the bottom but the tender tofu pudding, and the fried peanuts that are added to increase the flavor. Therefore, although it’s the same as boiled fish, it’s different in flavor. It’s more delicate and lingering to eat. Compared with the grand arrangement of boiled fish, it’s a different flavor, like a small tune of folk song, which has ups and downs and heartfelt tactful and moving.
