How To Make The Chongqing Tofu Pudding Fish
Prepare one bighead fish. Remove the scales and internal organs. Wash and drain.
Start from the tail and cut the fish
Cut off the fish bone
Slice the fish with a slanting blade
Put the fish slices(fish slices must be of the same thickness)
Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of the cornstarch, ginger powder, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine and grasp gently with your hands. The fish pieces are elastic and sticky
