The Braised Chicken with Golden Mushroom and Black Fungus

The braised chicken with golden mushroom and black fungus has a unique taste. The chicken is fresh and tender. It tastes delicious but not greasy.

How To Make The Braised Chicken with Golden Mushroom and Black Fungus

Step 1

Wash and cut the Sanhuang chicken, add a little salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, oil, sesame oil, thin soy sauce, chopped ginger and garlic, mix and marinate for 2 hours.

Soak the golden mushroom and black fungus in hot water, then wash them and remove them to dry and them shred them.
