The Black Chicken Soup with Dried Mushroom

The black chicken soup with dried mushroom is a kind of delicious food made of black chicken and dried mushroom. It has the functions of removing fat and reducing blood pressure, inhibiting cancer and anti-tumor, preventing cold and lowering cholesterol.

How To Make The Black Chicken Soup with Dried Mushroom

Step 1

Wash the black chicken and cut into pieces; soak the dried mushroom in warm water for half a day, then cut a few knives on the surface after washing; remove the core of red dates.

Step 2

Boil the water, put the black chicken in and remove the blood water.

Step 3

Pour all the ingredients into the pot, boil it for two hours in a small heat, and then skim the oil floating on the soup with an oil separator.

Step 4

Add some salt to taste and drink the black chicken soup with dried mushroom.
