The Beautiful Snowflake Cake

The beautiful snowflake cake is one of the traditional special cakes in the south of the Yangtze River. It’s fresh, delicious and easy to learn. If you like the taste of more Q, you can add more fish jelly or gilding, but it’s better not to exceed 20g, otherwise it’s not the same feeling. You don’t have to cut it too small, you can cut it a little bigger, and then you can eat it a little bit more. If you don’t have a mold, just use a normal fresh box.

How To Make The Beautiful Snowflake Cake

Step 1

Pour in the gelatinous powder and sugar in the pot, mix well, then add other materials and mix well

Step 2

Turn on a small heat and stir in the same direction until the sugar melts

Step 3

Put it into the mold (it is better to stick the plastic film inside the mold for demoulding), and then refrigerate it until it solidifies

Step 4

Finally cut it into the shape you want and wrap it with coconut.
