How to make stir-fried shredded pork with enoki mushroom and black fungus?
Step 1
Ingredients: Enoki mushroom, black fungus, tenderloin, vegetable oil, salt, oyster sauce, starch, beer, salt, hot pepper, ginger. Soak the enoki mushroom in salt water.

Drain.

Shred ginger. Shred red chili.
Step 4
Wash the black fungus clean and shred.
