How to Make Pork Ribs Braise with Green Beans

Step 1

Wash the ribs (or spine). Cook in boiling water with ginger slices and cooking wine. Then fish it out. Add a little cooking wine,douchi, soy sauce and a small amount of salt, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Wash the green beans. Cook in boiling water with a pinch of salt and oil. (You don’t need to cook if you don’t want)

Step 3

Preheat the pan.Then add a little salad oil. Wait until the oil temperature rises to 30%, then stir in ginger, garlic and scallion. Put the pickled pork ribs and stir fry until the ribs become darker in color. When the water is gone, add water (preferably boiling water) and star anise. After boiling over high heat, simmer for 20 minutes on medium-low heat. Add the green beans, and continue to simmer for 15-20 minutes.(green beans must be cooked before they can be eaten. Otherwise it will be poisoned.) This dish is finished after seasoning with salt.
