  • 2 g red yeast rice powder
  • 30 g malt sugar

For honey-glazed barbecued pork, pork neck meat is the first choice, followed by tenderloin and pork belly. You don’t need to blanch the barbecued pork. Soak it in clean water for half an hour to remove the blood, and then rinse it off. A little red yeast rice powder and maltose are added when marinating, to make the honey-glazed barbecued pork red and brighter, and the taste is fresh and juicy. It is also important to use a rice cooker to cook barbecued pork with honey. It can be cooked for half an hour or one cooking program. If it is too long, it will affect the taste.
