Put 10g of antler, 10g of red ginseng roots, 26g of Angelica Sinensis, 13g of dried Goji Berries, 8 dried Chinese red dates .  Put the herbs into clean water to wash off the dust. Save for later.

Prepare an old farm female chicken of about 1.35kg. Chop the chicken into pieces. Save for later.

Put the chicken in the pot. Put the herbs in. Add 3L of water. Turn to high heat. After the water boils, turn to low heat. Stew for an hour.
