How to make the Jujube ice cream
Soak red dates in cold water for 1 hour in advance and rinse.
Cut the clean jujube and remove the pit.
Put the red dates into the blender cup of the blender. Add some cold water and start the blender until smooth.
Pour the red date paste into the disinfected ice cream mold for 9 minutes.
