The method of braising is not difficult at all. As long as you pour braised soy sauce, the color can be easily changed to look good. The trick of frying fish without breaking the skin is actually the simplest. It can be done with a non-stick pan. You don’t need to apply any ginger slices at all. Remember to avoid moving the pan for a short time after cooking, and fry the bottom of the fish until it becomes golden and crispy. Turn over without breaking the skin at all.

How to make braised sea bass?

Step 1

Clean up the sea bass, cut a flower knife on the surface, add salt, cooking wine and pepper, and marinate for 15 minutes.
