How to make braised pig tongue
Step1
The tongue of the bought pig was first scrubbed twice with salt.
Step2
Bring the water to a boil, put the pig tongue in and scald for 5 minutes.

Take it out and scrape off the white skin on the tongue with a knife.

Put ginger, star anise, cinnamon, cooking wine into the water and boil. After the water boils, put in the cleaned pig tongue. Cook on high heat for 30 minutes.

After cooking, take it out and let cool.

Cut into chunks.

Put the pig tongues on a plate, pour the whole bag of lees to soak all the pig tongues. Put it in the refrigerator and eat after two hours.
