The Deep Fried Big Intestine

The deep fried big intestine is a traditional dish, which belongs to Shandong cuisine. Outside the large intestine, the smell is soft and tender, and the smell of intestines and onions is strong. Large intestine is the main material for this dish.

How To Make The Deep Fried Big Intestine

Step 1

Put the cooked large intestine into the spoon, add some water and salt to boil over the high heat, remove the large intestine, each large intestine is stuffed with a piece of scallion, which is longer than the large intestine and both ends are exposed, and the outer skin of the large intestine is coated with soy sauce

Step 2

Put 1000gof the peanut oil in the pot (about 25g in actual consumption) and heat it up. Fry the large intestine in jujube and remove it. Take out the green onion, cut the 1 cm horseshoe and put it in the plate orderly. Put the tiger sauce, pepper salt and cucumber in small plates respectively and dip them into the food.
