The Steamed Live Fish with Fermented Soy Bean and Pepper

The steamed live fish with black bean and pepper is a dish, which is made of live fish and red dried pepper.

How To Make The Steamed Live Fish with Fermented Soy Bean and Pepper

Step 1

Kill the live fish to remove the scales, gills, viscera and black membrane, wash them, cut them from the abdomen to the lower forehead, press them flat, and put oblique knives on both sides of the fish. Chop the fermented soy bean and the red dry pepper, cut the shallot and the ginger.

Step 2

Put the fish in the plate, sprinkle with salt, chicken essence and marinate the cooking wine slightly

Step 3

Evenly sprinkle the ginger powder,fermented soy bean, chili powder, pepper powder and MSG on the fish, drizzle with melted lard, put the pork in the steamer and steam it out, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and drizzle with hot oil.
