The Chinese Yam and Black Fungus Soup with Medlar

The Chinese yam and black fungus soup with medlar is a simple and fresh soup.

How To Make The Chinese Yam and Black Fungus Soup with Medlar

Step 1

Put enough cold water after the big bone is blanched, add the ginger slices and red dates, heat for 15 minutes, change to slow fire and cook soup for 1 hour.
